Seoul, December 24. A fire at an apartment building in the capital of the Republic of Korea, Seoul, left two people in cardiac arrest, who had to be urgently transported to a nearby hospital, according to the Argentine News Agency (NA). According to the Yonhap agency, the fire started around 05:36 local time. During the emergency operation, firefighters managed to rescue four residents of the building, including the two people who suffered cardiac arrest. Additionally, 35 people evacuated the building on their own, while emergency crews worked at the scene to contain the flames. The fire department reported that the fire has been brought under control, but ventilation and inspection tasks continue to determine the origin of the fire and assess structural damage.
