Kim Yo Jong urges South Korea to investigate drone incidents

Seoul, South Korea — Kim Yo Jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, urged South Korea to investigate recent drone incidents over its airspace. In a statement carried by the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Sunday, she expressed appreciation for South Korea's wise decision to declare that it does not intend to provoke. However, she warned that any provocations would lead to terrible consequences. The North Korean army said on Saturday that drones launched from South Korea flew into North Korean airspace earlier this month, following a similar intrusion in September. Seoul responded by stating that its military had nothing to do with it.
